The following was written by one of our guests here at Everglades Isle. Sitting on the dock here in the Florida Everglades surrounded by the awesome Ten Thousand Islands gives pause to even a 10 year old.

I recently received a note from one of our guides describing fishing the 10,000 Islands, His name is Phil DeVille and I would like to share his note with you.
“Fishing the Ten Thousand Islands of Florida is a whole lot more than reeling in fish. There is a total experience to be enjoyed. There is an excitement that cannot be compared to anything else. Summer in the Everglades

Summer in the Everglades - fishing is good, local guides reported an increase in the catches.
Visitors are enjoying the airboat rides, boat tours through the islands, and exploring the Big Cypress Preserve and the Everglades National Park.
Local restaurants are serving grilled pompano as the “catch of the day” and the Gulf breezes cool us down in the evenings as we sit under the Chickee at poolside, sipping a cold drink.
Life is good at Everglades Isle.
